Since improved the technology, more than 45000 sets of clamping devices have been used and no breakdown report. Customer's feedbacks are extremely positive.
During the process of turning, host cage of the frame stranding machine, can be completed at only one time of loading. So, the process greatly increases the concentricity.
The key gearboxes adopt the best gearboxes in China. The gearbox is almost no noise. Normally the gearbox will work for 5 years with no problem.
The production speed is extremely fast. For example, 240mm² bare wires, pitch 200mm, the speed is 3000m/h. So, in 10 hours, the stranding machine can produce 30000m wires. If we reduce the loading and unloading time, and host stop-time, for example 3 hours, 15000 meters to 20000 meters conductor can be produced. Production capacity is very very high.
The each host stranding cage is divided into four equal parts. The host disc and frame structures are integrally welded. The parts of the stranding cage are preliminarily turned, remaining machining allowance. The host stranding cages finally finish turning integrally. Equipped with pneumatic brake function, can performs the inch action, start and stop functions. The bobbins in the cages can be loaded and unloaded intensively, pneumatic clamped. Wire tension is pneumatic tension, which keeps constant wire tension. The whole chassis is integrally welded. Brake system is disc brake.
One electromagnetic wire-break stopping devices to each bobbin clamping device. One induction stopping device is on the mechanical meter counter. These devices will detect 99.9% wire-break.
Separate electronic control system. The hydraulic system controls the lifting and landing of the bracket. Slow positioning system makes sure the loading and unloading accurate angle. The loading and unloading are automatic positioning, which is very simple operation. The bobbins are loaded and unloaded integrally. When the bobbins are clamped, mechanical safety device will provide 700kg locking force to keep the bobbin clamped on the clamping device.
