1.PCB transport adopts Precision Panasonic servo motor and high precision lead screw drive, improve the placement accuracy, move speed and the stability, the nozzles use the Servo motor with high precision lead screw and guide so that reach LED chip feeding and discharging of high accuracy and stable operation.
 
2.Machine equip 8 sets Servo pick and place heads, compared with the stepped motor pick and place machine, the production efficiency increase more over 36%. Automatic excel file use for the Visual programming, no need to input the component coordinate by manual, easy program, also can input the coordinate by file, more convenient for the newer, meet the large quantity and varieties production.
3.Equip with different feeders, meet with different LED Placement requirement, cost-effective LED pick and place machine is suitable for the large quantity LED production capacity. The whole machine controlled by the industrial computer and the placement machine software, not only easy for operation but also stable and convenient to finish LED Boards' program and placement.
 
4.All coordinate can be showed in the software, in order to reach the high precision placement, we can fine tuned some coordinates.we can also set different component spacing, according the spacing to show all the discharging coordinate.we also can make a decision to place the area of PCB boards, the software also can achieve the four placement heads automatic optimization function.In the software, there are added X,Y,Z,P axis limited position inspection and different speed function, we can according the moving table to find out the most suitable speed and reset the speed for the machine, so that improve the machine long time using stability.
 
5.The machine PCB platform use stainless iron aluminum plate back to the card slot, the large PCB location will be more smooth, improve the SMT precision effectively, as well as precise position mounting of Lamp FPC.
