Application field:

Mainly used for stranding copper wire, aluminum wire, steel wire rope, steel strand wire, steel core aluminum strand wire,also use for the insulation wire core wire group.



Products feature:

1.The unit adopts a large bearing to support the structure of the main machine's rotating cylinder, which improve the operation speed, running accuracy and stability,the bearing service life.
2.The large bearing is lubricated with a dedicated hydraulic lubrication station, it have excellent lubrication performance. The labyrinth seal ring to ensure reliable seal and leak-free, and high production efficiency.
3.The barrel body adopts the three-window structure,overall welding and stress relief process, then has the good rigidity,high coaxiality,good stability features.
4.The unit base is welded with a large I-beam, and the large milling machine processes the upper and lower planes to improve the assembly and installation accuracy of the unit.
5.Two ends of the cylinder has bearing assist support, high installation accuracy,host machine running smoothly,low noise and high speed.
