Product Description

Application field:
Adapt to the production of teflon (fluorine plastic) resistance to high temperature, wire, sleeve, all kinds of thin skin insulation.


Products feature:
1. Used widely:Suitable for FEP (polyfluorinated ethylene propylene, also known as F46), FPA and ETFE (also known as F40) etc. fluorine plastics production.
2. Screw cylinder: adopt the new no.3 steel GH113 (same as American GDA material ) which have corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance features
3. Machine head device: use the special free adjustable head or adjustable head made by the no.3 golden steel GH113 material.
4. Heating system: using high temperature resistant cast copper alloy heater.
5. Quality control: equipped with external diameter detection and feedback device to control the external diameter, concentricity and other technological parameters of the product.
6. Electric control: imported frequency converter +PLC touch screen control.
