WG-9850 Automatic Big Square EV Cable Stripping Machine
Functional Characteristics:
WG-9850 Automatic Big Square Coaxial Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine is mainly designed for process of the thick cables and the multi-layer cables.  It can complete the wire cutting, multi-layer or multi-stage stripping in one time. This machine is using the rotary blade for cutting and V shape blade for peeling, accurately improve the quality and output of the processed products under the interwork of these two blades. The incision is flat and level with no hurt to the conductor. It can complete the process of the whole range of cable machining of various types and diameters with no need to change and blades. All the processing data can be saved into the set file for convenient use and simple operation. This machine has powerful functions. It has reserved 10 ports for the in and out signals from the equipped auxiliary equipment. This machine is equipped with four control units and one one set of independent encoder, using 11 motors + imported ball screw drive. All the motors for the whole machine are closed loop stepper motor (stepper motor with encoder) which have the same function and effect with the servo motor.

• Feeding pipe unit: using one closed loop servomotor  to control the  up and down of the of the material pipe.
