Introduction:
- The outer plate of the main body of the outer oven is made of 1.5mm thick cold plate with segmented folding; The inner tank is made of 2.0 stainless steel plate.
- Double door design, equipped with special handle and hinge.
- Lay 100mm thick thermal insulation foam on the bottom of the container.
- Equipped with air inlet and air outlet to ensure smooth air and prevent the explosion caused by flammable gas reaching a certain concentration.
- 4 sets of air transport systems; 0.2HP three-phase motor fan, up and down air transport, motor lift force brand, equipped with 6 inch centrifugal blade.
- Special design air duct, forced hot air circulation, to ensure uniform temperature, so that the work piece baking uniform, heating body long life; Design temperature: room temperature --400ºC, plus or minus 15ºC(no-load test).
- The heating mode is stainless steel with radiator type heating tube; The maximum temperature of the whole, furnace is 400ºC, the power is 9*4=36KW, and the heating time is less than 30 minutes.
- The machine is connected to 380V power supply, connected to the air switch on the wall, not to the socket.
- The insulation layer is 100mm, and the insulation cotton is 100K ceramic fiber heat insulation.
- Electronic control part: the electric control box is located at the side of the body, one JYH digital display intelligent main temperature controller, one JYH over temperature temperature controller, double temperature control mode, another contactor output, 0-999 M automatic timer and automatic alarm, one switch, one indicator light. Realize temperature adjustable, automatic constant temperature control, automatic timing, over temperature (timeout) alarm, leakage protection and over temperature protection and other functions.
