Used for bare copper wire,tinned wire,enameled wire twisted.



Products feature:


1.Maximum spindle speed is 3000-4500rpm.
2.Automatic tension control: this machine can automatic track and adjust the tension of receiving line through the tension continuously increased when receiving line from the bottom from of disk to the full disk within winching.Meanwhile, the machine can adjust the tension without stopping.
3.Host machine lubricated by oil, cooled by natural circulation, which effectively extending the service life of spindle bearing.
4.Three compaction devices equipped in the machine, which can guarantee the roundness of the conductor after the winding and reduce the loss of the insulation material.
5.The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive, no lubricating point in the machine, keep the machine clean, the winch wire free of oil pollution, adapt to all kinds of surface cleanliness requirements of line conductor winching.
