Product Description

WG-01A Full Automatic Both End Wetting Machine
Functional characteristics:
  1. Fully automatic computer debugging, color touch screen operation, computer full automatic production, one person can operate more than one machine, saving labor costs.
  2. It is using servo motor to control the cutting length, knife value, stripping length, wetting depth of scaling powder or tin, with accuracy up to 0.1mm. The temperature of tin furnace is set by parameters, with good constant temperature effect, uniform tinning, and high yield.
  3. The back stripping clip adopts the adjustable parallel clip, to avoid wire clamping injury caused by uneven force, so as to lower the poor skin of the wire.
  4. The twisting method is changed from the previous cylinder drive to stepper motor and worm drive, with steady twisting speed and large twisting force, to make the quality of the twisting be better.
  5. Straightening wheel is added to the rotary tin wetting in front to avoid improper bending of wire due to the rotation.
