Product Description

Main performance parameters of FC-800B automatic high speed bunching machine (replace of the capstan wheel to change the lay length).
1.Usage: It is applied to the stranding of bare twisted wire, tinned, copper covered aluminum, lacquer wire and alloy wire. 1+6 may twist instead of bunching.
2.Diameter of single copper wire : φ0.20~φ1.70mm
3.Outer diameter of twisted copper wire: φ1.0~φ5.5mm;
4.Cross section area: φ1.0~φ16mm²
5.Size of take up spool: φ800mm×600mm×φ80mm(according to client's drawings to make).
6. Maximum rotating speed: 1500RPM(3000twist/min) 
normal working 1200rpm(2400twist/min)
7.Type of traverse: φ40mm rolling ring traverse, winding pitch and breadth are adjustable.
