Product Description:
Protection system: TN380C uses the SSR solid relay (450V) that has a large power and a pressure prevention to non-contact output, it is safe and reliable. It can monitor the change of temperature and heat number in the furnace chamber with the 'fuzzy control' and the 'data collection' functions. Then it controls the heating component with the least pulse and it responses very quickly. It keeps the accuracy of temperature's control, and the equipment can not be damage by the high current and the high voltage. Each room fits with a safety pipe which has a high temperature and high pressure resistant function, so that the whole system can run safely and calmly.

TN380C Instructions:
Heating system: TN380C adopts a high effective and an energy-saving nickel-chromium heating tube. It has an advanced technology and a long life. TORCH self-developed hot-air circling system features warm up quickly, which makes that the PCB component is evenly heated.
There is an accurate control made by the IPC and the PID intelligent arithmetic. According to the PID intelligent calculation, the heat output can be controlled accurately and responses to the change of outside in order to balance the temperature. The whole system has a modularized design. It is very convenient for the maintenance and for disassembles.
The outer shell and furnace body of the TN380C can be wholly and automatically opened. It is convenient to clean and to maintain.

Intuitional welding control: The TN380C adopts an advanced furnace temperature collection system. It can test the temperature curve and the temperature in the furnace hearth. The temperature curve can be simultaneously recorded or printed.
Smooth and safe transmission system: The driving system adopts high-quality conversion motor and conversion system. It also has a closed-loop governor and a turbine speed reducing box of 1: 100 to keep running smoothly. Speed: 01600mm/min.
Stable and safe electric control system: Delay switch protection. Once the power is off, the temperature drops evenly in order to prevent any damage to the transmission component and the heater.
