Introduction:
1.Programming 

1. Same as sprayer, use programming camera, surveillance camera and handheld programmer to edit path, path start point, welding time, welding speed, moving speed, empty stroke speed can be set
2. Servo closed-loop control, path positioning accuracy is ±0.05;
3. Touch screen and PLC control, product count, various temperature parameters, peak height, etc. can be adjusted on the touch screen.

2.Welding mechanism

1. The same steel bottom plate is adopted, which is reliable, stable and phosphated on the surface.
2. The guide rail adopts silver guide rail, and the screw rod adopts TBI screw rod, which guarantees the quality.
3. The inner liner of the tin furnace is made of titanium alloy, and the external heating plate has uniform heat transfer.
4. Nitrogen online heating device, cut off air, reduce oxidation, and prevent PCB cold welding during welding.
5. The peaks are controlled by closed loop servo
6. Real-time display of welding process, monitor camera is connected with monitor to observe welding effect in real time
